Preparing for Your Cleanse

Thank you for booking your detox with The Sanctuary Thailand! We look forward to welcoming you to our Wellness Centre and guiding you through your cleanse.

To help ease yourself into the detox program, we recommend implementing some or all of the following guidelines 5-7 days prior to arriving:

  • Eat a simple diet of whole foods with a focus on local, organic fruits and vegetables.
  • Drink plenty of electrolyte-rich water (We recommend choosing electrolytes without excessive added refined sugar).
  • Slowly reduce the amount of animal meat, dairy, processed food and refined sugar.
  • Reduce caffeine and alcohol intake.

 

In addition to your diet, we also recommend taking time to turn inwards through practices like journaling, meditation, enjoying nature, and cleaning your home and digital environment. Detox can be a powerful way to cleanse on all levels of health. By booking your Detox Retreat, you have begun
